So friking stupid I bought the champion AND skin and cant play at all he is banned in almost every game and if not he is picked even by mid laners, junglers AND top.

He's not really banned that much from my experience. Aphelios on the other hand is banned in 95% of my games
He isnt op just permanently banned cause more often then not you will feed which will make you useless thus results in a loss
I play him in ranked and get to play him very often. His ban rate is ~19% not uncommon for new champs. Aphelios is at 67.0%
