DuskDaUmbreon1 votesConfirmed it with regular autos on Ekko in ARAM. Was not proccing passive. Only item that affected autos at all was Lich Bane. Was not proceed.
Besides, didn't spell vamp apply equally to all spells, regardless of whether or not they're AoE?

vgamedude1 votesThey should just add spellvamp back. Adc sustained damage dealing carries get lifesteal galore in items and runes so sustained damage carries in mid should be able to have the same thing.
