Basically all you have to do is punish yourself for your mistakes, and try to be better with your teammates. No matter who they are if you work with your team and strive to be positive. Even with a high win/lose ratio you can still be stuck in a certain elo for a while. Just keep going at it until you need training and you'll be fine!
