Why does poppy do so much damage
Honestly I would not mind buffing her health or armor but jesus christ her damage is enough to half health any squishy.

She gets to deal damage for a few reasons, but it can mostly be explained by her “power budget”
since she’s SUPER short range, when she does get close she’s rewarded with damage.
Two of the three CC abilities she has rely on the opponent messing up rather than Poppy being aggressive, and the one aggressive CC ability she does have is the shortest range and her ultimate.
She lacks big AOE abilities like most tanks, so with a smaller damage zone she gets more damage in said zone.
There are more but I think that basically summs it up.
Poppy's Q does 8% per part. If she lands her e, which isn't that hard, shell guarantee take off 16% of your current hp.

making her build more akin to a juggernaut than the warden she normally is. If you don't let her wallstun you or block your dashes, she's not that threatening.

Poppy is a juggernaut which is supposed to be tanky + dmg like Garen , Darius , Mundo , and let's be serious , most of Poppy's power comes from her w to counter assassins
Because after that half health squishy she has to wait 12 seconds while she gets kited and killed?
It's mainly due to the low cool down, high base damage of her Q.
