Can we have a Sheen-like item for manaless champions?

I don't know about you but it bugs me so much that there isn't an item that has the empowered next aoutoattack that doesnt give AP or mana.

I mean right now we have the Phage effect on the blakc cleaver wich is really good, so why not something like the Sheen proc?

It could be so much useful on a number of champions, but for whatever reason we cant use it.

I mean you pay gold for useless statistic when you buy Sheen or Trinity on manaless champions. You can say it's still worth it, but honestly it kinda sucks

So please Riot, introduce a new item with a sheen like effect but without mana or AP on it, thanks

Manaless champions pay for their lack of mana by not being able to itemize well with items that provide mana. Just like manaless AP champions can't itemize cooldown reduction as well as mana AP champions, for instance.

However, some manaless champions can utilize sheen and whatever it builds into, such as Shen.

And dont you think that that is just wrong?, you should have appropriate items for your needs, not having to adapt to it.

For example trinity force is really good on yasuo, but you still have to buy mana and a amp tome for it, wich honestly kinda sucks

Tell that to mana champions that can't cast spells when they run out of mana. Because of that weakness, they get to benefit from building items that give mana more than champions without mana.

It may suck, but being manaless has its pros and its cons.

That's part of manaless balancing, riot would probably have to nerf a ton of manaless champion if they get better/easier itemization.

i think there would be a couple of champions that could end up broken with such an item.

yasuo is supposed to be a lategame carry for example. having something like a sheen proc available could cause a really strong power spike early on, from which he then can snowball much easier into lategame.

manaless champions are not gated by mana, so there are more itemization choices for the mana users as somthing of a compensation for that restriction.
