Best Lee Sin OH1 votesGaren also has drastically less tools to succeed in a variety of situations due to the simplicity of his kit. This is the same reason that Lee Sin has been ""overpowered"" for ages now and has not been changed, because his difficulty justifies him having so many tools in his kit. The opposite goes for Garen.
