Knight's Vow balance suggestion

Knight's vow cannot be purchased without a tier 2 gold income item. Having both a jungle item and a gold income item will prevent you from purchasing Knight's Vow.

This prevents junglers from abusing it, and stops top laners from abusing it without spending 850 gold
