Kayn shouldn't have to wait 4 minutes to transform

I get he is supposed to be a hunter, and to kill to transform, but it's honestly too big of a penalty to wait 4 minutes to pick your form. If I play Kayn, I shouldn't have to explain to my bot lane I can't gank because that would fill up the bar with too much blue. When I want to play Shadow assassin I shouldn't be forced to ignore top lane, 4 minutes is a long time, and considering the time it takes to fill the bar as well, Kayn is penalized massively for helping his team. I would like the time to be lowered to at the most 2 minutes, and preferably completed removed. This isn't about skill, I'm not asking for them to buff Kayn or make him easier, I just want to be able to help bot lane and not be forced to wait 4 minutes just to become useful. This goes both ways, I want to be able to help top lane when I want to go shadow assassin, normal Kayn is the weakest champion in the game and when he is forced to wait four minutes he might as well surrender, because it puts him and his team at a massive disadvantage.

I think the whole 'blue essence/red essence' thing is really dumb tbh.

It's only fou4 minutes if you want the form that lost. Otherwise you base and it's INSTANT!

I think it would be nice if it stayed 4 minutes but you would still receive souls from either enemy ranged or melee champions (depending on which form you haven't opened) to reduce the timer by certain amount.

If 1 soul reduced the timer by 8 seconds, it would take total of 30 souls to reduce the timer by 4 minutes... which would be impossible since while hunting souls the timer would probably be reduced by at least 1-2 minutes. So realistically you would gather like 15 souls which would reduce the timer by 2 minutes.

Your team should be punished because you refuse to gank. If there's a high chance you ganking bot will kill someone, then be patient for your powerspike and gank that lane, especially if it's easy.

These are 30-50 minute games. You can wait 4 minutes in the worst case scenario. Playing Kayn jungle doesn't mean you can neglect your job as a jungler.

It's called strategically ganking. If you gank their tank top over and over, his kit is going to give you red because based on your behavior, someone would assume there's a high-priority melee champ that you're focusing. If you camp bot or a ranged mid, someone would assume you want to shut down the ADC/mage so you'll get blue/

The only problem is when your bar is almost full and you gank but there are melees and ranged's bunched up, you have no way to really control which form you get unless you make a bad play on purpose. Your very last hit before you exit combat will decide about your form.

I had situations where i just HAD TO cast another W to help my team disengage and then this gave me the form I did not want for that match.

But I also think with the buff to his ult damage his level 6 without transformation is better and you can manage the little waiting time. KAyn is very good at escaping so its not like you automatically lose.

I think the same....base kayn is really weak,specially in 1 vs 1 situation...the concept or trasformations need a rework i think
