For 10 second both he and the aggressor are put in stasis, afterwards the enemy loses 200 Gold for legal fees. If the enemy is playing Annie Keemsar loses 10 gold as well because of midlife crisis. 300 second cooldown Q: Microphone throw: Keemsar angrily throws his mike if it hits it deals decent magic damage and slows. W: Victim Card, Keemsar uses his victim card, this makes nearby enemies pity him, lowering their MR and Armor by a set amount, and slowing them if they have killed him within the past 2 minutes. E: Leak, Keemsar leaks an enemy champions info, revealing their location, amount of gold and the cooldowns and ranks of their abilities, this information lingers for 10 seconds Ult: Lets get ROIGHT INTO THE NEWS! Passive: Keemsar occasionally reports embarrassing info on an enemy champ, being a jerk makes him feel good about himself so he heals. This happens only if he backs away from an enemy and allows himself time to report. Can only occur once per minute Active: Keemsar turns into his true form, a giant gnome and knocks all enemies away; his Microphone throw is empowered and his other basic abilities change. His victim card becomes Gnome Assault, he dashes a short distance towards an enemy and throws his gnome hat, dealing moderate area damage around the target. His Leak becomes Dox, all leaked enemies take massive damage and are forced to leave the game while they remove their personal info from the web
