Remove Channel From Rammus's Q

With all of the hard CC in the game it's hard enough to use channel abilities, but when your entire mobility relies on it like Rammus it's impossible to play against certain champions.

Mid has Ahri, Twisted Fate, or Syndra? Can't gank that lane. Bot has a Draven, Lulu, Soraka, or Janna? Can't gank that lane. These are just a small hand full of the common problem champions as a Rammus. This isn't even counting Veigar who just walls everyone, or anything with any kind of jump or blink. The only gankable lane as Rammus is top lane, but even that's questionable over half the time depending on who your top laner is. Is Rammus performing alright? Sure, I'll admit that (even though it's easy to feel the -15% attack speed at level 1). But that does't mean he should be shafted as hard as he gets.

I dunno, Rammus is amazing. You can pretty much do a circle around most abilities and still be fine. With TF, you can usually power ball right up to him before he can possibly ready a gold card, unless you go in when he already has one. Yes, SOME things can stop Rammus easily, but he shouldn't be unstoppable. He already feels amazing to play as.

Personally, i played Rammus before his change and the channel is really frustrating to use as even silence cancel your powerball now... it's dumb to use..
