AP Skarner and the Rework?

Will Skarner keep his AP scalings as he moves into his Juggernaut rework? It's really nice having a niche option for Runeglaive Skarner if you want to spam a 40% AoE slow with Rylias into tank ap or a Nashor's Tooth build. It's fine if his weak AP scalings stay the same, but if they existed it would be nice.

All of his AP scalings are still there. I don't know if the Q number was changed, but it's still there.

His Ap scalings are still there, but the Q base has been changed to 0.33-0.45 total Ad on both parts of the ability so you need AD for it to be effective.
