Should we have an alert for birthdays?

I'm the kind of guy that likes to gift my friends gifts... slowly points at the icon I am using I usually would love to gift to friends more often. However since I got so many people added on league something came to be a problem. When it's their birthday they either don't tell me or I don't know about it cause I easily forget.

I want to give friends a nice gift from time to time. I was thinking that the menu should have a birthday present icon next to their name when the birthday pops up.

I understand if this is a stupid Idea. I just wanna find a way to give gifts to people more easily. What would you guy's should think about birthdays on league?
