Let's change Black Cleaver?
It seem too expensive imo. I understand we can't make it cheaper cause of

. How about to fix this item a little tanky way?

Stats: 20 AD. 20 CDR. 300 HP, passive ability without changes
UNIQUE passive: You gain attack damage equal to 2.5% of your bonus HP.
(1000 bonus HP = 25 bonus AD, 1500 = 37-38, 2000 = 50.)
Total cost: Around 3000-3200.
Don't afraid how OP is this. You know it's kinda hard to build so much HP without resistance/armor. Doesnt seem that scary to me.
