The nerf to homeguards and alacrity was a huge nerf to Aurelion Sol's ability to "Spirit Bomb".
I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this / regularly used spirit bombs in actual matches but with homeguards giving you less movement speed and alacrity being gone, Aurelion Sol lost the ability to keep up with his Q from base to base. Before, you could toss the Q from fountain and use homeguards to keep up with the Q till about the inner turret or so, then use his E to keep up with the Q for the rest of the way down middle lane. Now, it's hard to even get the Q out of the base.
I'm not sure how they'd fix this but I'd really like to see it brought back.
