I know Riot doesn't balance items or champs around aram, but...

Could we do something really small to stop Raka building Warmogs? I know it seems dumb, and it doesn't work very well at all on summoners, but it kind of breaks a lot of aram games.

Games end up being stalled out hugely, you can never win skirmishes and it makes any poke your team has mostly redundant..

This isn't to say aram isn't winnable against a Soraka, you just generally need a relatively specific team comp: being one that can roll over theirs with hard engage.

Aram is my go-to game mode, so I would consider myself relatively well versed at it, and it just feels really quite horrible coming across a warmogs Soraka.
