Yasuo is one of the most counter-able champs. He is one of those champs that buying one item can pretty much fix it all. I'll start off with Tabi. Most people forget Tabi even exist.
Darius is not fun.
Its funny now, but when you win lane against him and he's 0-5 and comes back to carry the team to a victory with a 25-7 record it won't be too funny. No champion should get soundly thrashed and come back so much stronger as if the early game never even happened. But, then again this is a champ with a one-tenth of a second E and a 1.3 second Q who is considered "balanced" by this company.
