LeBlanc and Rengar still being worked on?

Really curious to know what is still being worked on regarding LB and Knife cat, they seem to be the two who have come out in the weirdest and hardest to balance spots post roster update.

LeBlanc building gun blade + lich bane.. Rengar building more like a tank than an assassin..

Does anyone know of anything further Rito has said regarding the two? Would be nice to know their thoughts on them / what their plan of action is..
