Why people SHOULD Try Blind Pick

I understand why people like Normal Draft, more likely to get the role you want, the champion you want, and no mirror matches. However everyone refuses to think of the ups to it.

  1. So you have a mirror match, think about the + to that. If you get your ass handed to you by your mirror you also see how and learn how well they were playing the same champion as you. Not to mention they learn from how well you play.

  2. Reason why I dislike Normal Draft, is because it's not the same curve as Rank Draft. (Explaining) Where some elo people would ban a Riven and in others people would ban a Lee. I actually had people question in in a normal draft game why I banned Syndra. When I actually went into game half my team is basically silver o.o. The scale is off by a large margin anyway..

  3. As MUCH as I love the top lane, I actually in rank play FILL more then I usually do. I stay OPEN to all roles because in rank some people have the mistake of being a ONE trick pony and what "if" that one champion gets banned? I rather take their spot/trade roles for them on a secondary.

I see the SAME comps every single rank game and you are welcome to prove other wise if the bans dont follow. I'm just naming champs if they were also unbanned as well. Yasuo Vayne Caitlyn Olaf Morgana Orianna Jhin Darius Jayce

I've seen those champions EVERYONE-SINGLE-GAME. May not be in all of them at once, but damn close to it.

The only reason people play them cause they believe they are strong, Hell i've played urgot the pass week and was laughed at for having him mid lane. Come to find out their jungle dives me under my own tower and I walk away with first blood....I mean if people actually stopped trying to lcs and learn other champions and try new things (HELL even OLD OLD THINGS) they would do better o.o

Just played Darius + Teemo botlane vs Lucian + Alistar. Such game won't happen in draft or ranked... (We won.)

That's exactly why I DON'T play Blind, so no thank you.

People play blind pick? I thought that was for people afraid of the game.

It's annoying to go up against someone who has everything you can do as well.

You can ban champs whom you felt uncomfortable fighting against, so just ignore w/e negative feedback your teammates has to say. Plus, going against a Riven/Lee Sin/Vayne top etc is nowhere near fun at all, so technically the ban system is what makes the system exciting.

A certain someone should simply main at least 3 champions for one lane, being a "one trick pony" is just their own damn issue. Not Riot's fault at all people tend to depend on gaining their elo on one single champion out of 133. And no one is like you who favors Fill out of all roles. There's Normals Blind for that. If someone wants to have a specific role they really want, go Draft, not Blind.

Yes you may learn things by playing against your mirror, but mirror matchups suck. That's the long and short of it, they simply aren't fun and is the #1 reason why I do not play blind pick.
