Not to sound like a whiny 3 year old, but Annie's stun is bs early game.

Ya da ya da ooh another person complaining woohoo. But tell me that when a champion with so much burst like that has a stun that doesn't have a timer, that it is ok. All I ask is that she sacrifices some stun time early game for maybe more late game and/or that her stun has a timer. There is no other champion with that much zoning potential because she will kill you if she stuns you and once she gets her stun she can wait for hours if she has to just to get a good stun. So please just make it fair since her kit is loaded already.
