New fun way to introduce new champions

I think it'd be cool if when new champions are release we the all-for-one game mode comes with it. That way it doesn't take 20 games of them getting banned or first picked, not to mention the usually play unusual position making for all 10 players gunning for them. Whats more is with the new champion there is no "right" way of playing them so it totally cool to go full AD, AP, tank, whatever so it be really fun. And a great way to experiment and learn a new champion.

UPDATE: It'd also be cool if the champions wasn't ban-able during normals, thou if they are too broken I can see this causing problems, just the same at least Riot will get a lot of feedback.

This would be perfect, I like this idea because it takes away a lot of the reasons players are toxic when a new or reworked champion is released.

On the other hand it might make it harder for Riot to determine the balance of that champion from their gameplay data on live servers.

They'd just have to chill with the balance for a bit. Heck, it has to be hard to get the numbers on Kayn, a jungler, when he keeps getting instalocked into supp/mid/whatever.

That's a completely fair point, I agree with your assessment!

While i agree with this I also disagree (if I'm understanding you correctly). Champions need to be balanced outside of their usual role, because those unusual builds bring light to imbalance items and champions. That said it's impossible to balance champions with alt roles because it can nerf there viability as a lanner, or in this case a jg'er. Its still infinity annoying to see a vel support. I mean, what can you do against that? Even if you choose a counter theirs two of em.

You don't really test/learn a champion in a gamemode made for fun

I agree to some extent, fun game mode have more "for fun" type of gameplay, which is exactly what I'm hopping for. Not only do you get an opportunity to learn, but an all-for-one promotes off build, your allies 'teach' you to some extent. That said, extensive testing is difficult regardless of what game mode you play. So the goal is to, learn the kit, thought multiple games and even viewing allies/enemies builds to experiment with builds. Its far from perfect but it allows players to get used to a new champion (it also does so extensive testing on new champions for bugs) and allows everyone to try em instead of dealing with trying to instalok, call em first, or dealing with bans to try and play em.
