Why is Camille Allowed To Be a Jungler But not Taliyah

I played jungle and HOLY. I almost died to gromps. My Q does no damage whatsoever, and I have to move away from my workground but that will lose gromps agro and all of a sudden reset health. Why can't anyone with potential be jungler? And seriously, I really hate this, Riot nerf Taliyah mid where else is good for her? Taliyah jungle was broken but has potential. She's just like where they were supposed to be in one role but a single balance change broke them in jungle. Now nowhere Taliyah is viable. Mid and Jungle has Too trash of wave/camp clearing while support doesn't need wave clear and she has waveclear/cc she doesn't truly shine as a support. Meanwhile other champions can be jungle without their kit screaming "jungler" without riot nerfing them. Plz, stop nerfing taliyah, I can't play her.

P.S I don't mind others' like Camille being played jungle but seriously, can't others' be jungler too? [sg-ahri-1]
