I don't think he will kill things faster than old kog, Rioter said dps pretty much the same. It just looks "OP", imagine him getting 1 stun, for me its better to crit once or twice for massive dmg than dishing out tons of small numbers. Kog dmg was almost always on top of the league. Its just his survivability and utility are bad.

For me it just looks funny, I would be scared normal full build kog as much as this one.

Shoots fast sure. Also a very easy target for taking every CC ever to the face. I'm not worried. Besides it'll take time for a Kog'Maw to scale this high.

Too get a good feel for how Koggy's W will impact him, look at what it does over the course of two basic attacks.

It doubles OnHit damage. That's pretty neat.

It also deals 120 physical damage for every 100 AD in addition to 2.5% of the target's max HP. That's approximately a 70% damage buff on raw AD. Breaking even with Koggy's old W base DPS requires 240 total AD, which isn't that hard to reach.

Personally, I'm looking forward to that 2.25 AD ratio on his ult against low HP targets. I'm probably going to end up swapping out Wit's for Rageblade on my BleedMaw build over in Dominion-land. Remains to be seen if losing the MR shred will be worth all that extra AD and AP.
