I thought the mage update was supposed to make the mages more ''healthy''
Instead we get
Doing the same shit except now with a sion passive
Building more health than he did before
''Counterplay'' Lol ok
56% win rate

Making mages more healthy... buffs Brand and Annie? Riot's so dumb. This patch just shows they don't give a rats ass about balancing. And I'm waiting for the SJW who will say "Bro the patch just came out give Riot time to balance." Don't think like the empty headed noob. If Riot cared for balancing, Lee and Janna would have been nerfed years ago. Ekko wouldn't be Tank Ekko. Lucian would be a simple lane bully with powerful mid game spike; not the fuckfest he is now.
Again. Riot doesn't give even one shit about balancing the game. You ruin the balance of the game when you try to "fix" something that isn't broken. Even in the "weak mage" era, Brand did OK. Annie is just way too easy to play to give her any form of buff. Riot simply flat out doesn't care to balance or they are doing this on purpose as a sell-out move. IMO I'm hoping they simply don't care/don't know how to balance rather than the latter.
Are you stupid Or just ignorant everyone was whining that mages suck so they try to fix it but at the end of the day it's a moba impossible yes impossible to balance there will always be a champ better then the rest
LOL I'm not even going to try explaining this to a retard.
So you're stupid thanks now I understand
Where are all the idiots on these boards that said the Mage rework was going to make them all weaker and fail? Pretty much most of them came out better then before.
I don't think anybody said all the mages would become weak after the update (except vel and vlad), but people were saying mages felt weak not because of their kits, but because of their imobility and dominance of assassins, something that still remains unfixed even after the update. The only thing changed isn't how they deal with assassins, but how much more they blow them up instantly instead of getting blown up.
Hell, the annie rework basically says "Ok annie dies anyway, let's just acknowledge this and let her have a sion passive basically to make assasin trades 1 for 1."
They said the same for the juggernaut update what did you expect?
heh remember when skarner actually got the spotlight, then just got nerfed into the ground?
I remember the nerfed to the ground part. I don't think the other existed.
yeah essentially, skarner could duel anyone while he was inside his pillar. In fact it was downright op. But then riot noticed that and hit him with the nerf hammer repeatedly.
i thought it was to make them more "unique"
update ---> make OP
thats how it is now
Rework --> Make broken OP. Unless it's a tank, then make them the squishiest and most unreliable of champions.
I think Brand's overestimated. I actually fear a Zyra or Viktor way more. Anyway, you can always play the weaker mages if you don't like the "new OPs". Try Ziggs. He's pretty fun even if he's not strong.
Swain is pure bird-aids right now. Doesn't matter if he losses lane or not, he does to much damage, and his ult healing ignores resists.
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/119060/4682923-6744706850-721a4.gif How I feel mages are now. An unstoppable force. Garen is QQ'n right now. ADC's are shaking like scared puppies who pissed on the rug. Supports are like "Meh...we lose, ff@20"
See it, hear it, and feel it all day long when I try to chill after a days work. SSDD.
You are forgetting about Malzahar who has even less counterplay for short-to-melee ranged champions.
