Varus Mid is starting to get a bit ridiculous on Full Lethality
The Itemization path and armor pen that he gains in it in addition to his kit, allows him to stay very safe while putting out sustained AD poke damage late into the game.
There really isn't a whole lot of counter play to it...
Your only real option is to try and shove him in and roam... but his wave clear allows him to counter that ability very well.
