Suggestion: Juggernaut Item
I propose an item designed for juggernauts that gives them the Unstoppable effect for 1 second, with a 10 second cooldown, but not usable if the champion has used a dash in the last 30 seconds. Stats would need to be based around Base AD to keep it geared toward the class, and with maybe only health as another stat on the item.
The idea is to keep it off of assassins, marksmen, and divers, since the effect would be entirely too strong on them.
Something like:
Mountainsmith's Horn +25% Base AD +100% Health Regen 350 Health Unique Passive: +25% Base AD when below 40% health Active: 10 second Cooldown Unstoppable for 1 second, grounded for the duration, unable to be used if you have used a dash or blink in the last 30 seconds.
The active could be made into a passive that functionally does the same thing but only once every 10 seconds and more like a Banshee's Veil where it ignores the first CC and provides immunity for a whole second while grounding them, but that feels kind of like a much less skillful item that also just feels boring.
. If you build Triforce, this, and Steraks, then Sheen procs might get too powerful. They could introduce a maximum damage to Sheen's proc, but that would nerf it for people who wouldn't build this combination. The low health combination would also prove extremely powerful with Sterak's, since you'd be getting a total of 110% Base AD boost.
