Yorick's Power Budget
His power feels very heavily reliant on his ultimate which has an enormous cooldown because it has so much of his budget wrapped up in it. I suggest removing some of his power from the summoning by taking away the Mistwalkers that come with the Maiden and shifting that power into Dark Procession in the form of graves as the wall decays or is destroyed.
Graves generation from such a change would need to be controlled during the early game, just as an example 1/1/2/2/3 with ranks in Dark Procession may work. This effectively allows him to generate the needed number of graves and thus walkers almost on demand, but only almost because it would be when the wall decays or is destroyed and not instantly (this also keeps the ground clutter relatively the same as it already is with the wall out.
This effectively provides him better early game graves generation and thus a bit more harass in lane, but his power spike at 6 isn't quite as strong either. Normalizing his power curve in this manner allows him to affect his lane more frequently but at the cost of more mana investment and the production of the graves is fairly telegraphed. The power of the wall is currently a bit weak as it's very easily escaped by most of the roster of champions that he might lane against.
It is my belief that this would solve most of the issues with Yorick overall and provides an easy to adjust lever graves production. The only other request I'd really like is that the walkers would attack whatever I have auto attacked or hit with Q last, so they don't just run around attacking random minions when I need them on something specific. What good is there in being a shepard if my flock doesn't heed my instructions.
