Buffing turrets is kinda simple...

Just give em lethality, that way when squishes try to dive they wont out sustain the turret, it'd do more damage against squishes, meaning you'd actually have to build armor in order to turret dive. I remember seeing a yasuo tank up to 15 turret shots( he could've tanked about 18 more) because of lifesteal.
