And how the hell would you measure that? Just look at the grading system right now.

You're going to have people taking champions into non-viable roles, stealing CS, and trying to farm kills instead of ending the game to boost their 'individual performance'.

I'd say quite the opposite actually.

Honestly, I feel like it is very flawed. Your individual performance in your chosen role should affect a "hidden rating" or something. It would also make losing feel not as bad when you were doing well but were brought down by feeders and whatnot - which would reduce overall toxicity of the game.
