Fizz's hitboxes need fixed

First, his own hitbox. When I was actually playing the game it looked like the stun went right through the center of his character model, which needless to say made me pretty ticked. https://i.imgur.com/qbBbJ9Y.png?noredirect Even if this is one of those cases where he dodged by a single pixel or something, you've got to admit that hitbox is bound a lot tighter to the champion than most. Think about any champion you play, and I guarantee that if that spell was that close to your model you would have been stunned.

Now, contrast how close that stun was to his ultimate here: https://i.imgur.com/klV0w4S.png?noredirect I'm a good ways away from it, every visual indication says I'm fine. If my hitbox is as snug as Fizz's hitbox, I just have to walk out of the knockup circle... https://i.imgur.com/KkvLhmS.png?noredirect ... or not.

At the very least Fizz's ult needs a red circle around it to indicate how wide the hitbox really is, ideally that hitbox needs to be shrunk. And can we get more consistent hitboxes on champions too? If I missed every stun that was that close it would be one thing, but this is the only time I've seen a stun not connect when it was touching a champion like that.

The Fish chase READ PATCH NOTE GEEZ

I know the fish latches on and gives an indicator when it's laying on the ground, but this is talking about indicators while in motion (while it's getting bigger).

this wouldn't work as the latch on range doesn't increase till it lands. While it's flying the latch on range is just as large as the fish it self but once it stops moving then it widens out in a circle.

Never run away from the shark, this is how you die. Make a sharp turn to the side to dodge it or even run in it's direction angling away from it. If you predict where he threw it to and run away from that location then the shark will guaranteed miss.

Doesnt matter. it will latch on from miles away

I play the champion daily, I know how his abilities work. Stop lying just because you're biased.

There ya go. Since you were in the initial hitbox, the Fizz ult latches on to you and moves to you.

Fizz vs Xerath is very rough for Xerath.

It was indeed rough (hesitated a long time before locking in), but the team pulled through in the end.

I was more taking about having the indicator in game. I wasn't the only one having issues with the edges, our Fiora was also pretty ticked off about the hitbox.

The hitbox is kind of big but it seems pretty fair, people can dodge it often enough when I play Fizz. From a Ritoer (play tester so I dunno if everyone has that opinion) on Reddit: "Karma's empowered Q explosion is much bigger than the travel hit box it goes with, and that doesn't have a warning indicator. It just takes a few games playing against to understand how to play around it."

League hitboxes are retarded as f*ck. Comes to mind Darius pull, Blitz hooks and Xerath stun ball.

Hitbox should be extremely tight around visual, nothing else.

I'll give you that Xerath's stun probably has too wide a hitbox (it certainly tends to snag the corner of champion hitboxes), but man, where does that leave Fizz's hitbox in this scenario? You draw a bubble any bigger than the particle in that image and you're cutting into Fizz's model a fair bit.

Yes, his is another one :P

Fizz is facing at an angle away from the stun. This is why it missed. The backside of of champions tend to have much smaller hitboxes compared to the model so that's simply how it goes, not just with fizz.

ain't lying. it DOES latch on from a long distance. It shouldn't even do that. its hitbox is a big round circle.

nerf that shit
