How to fix the bounty system without heavily punishing the player/team
Currently the bounty system in League of legends is very bad in my opinion. You as an individual can be doing well vs your opponent, however if said opponent, or their junlger or whatever kills you, you can be worth as much as 1k gold. Instead of placing a gold bounty on players doing well, to help the enemy team catch up (this is exactly what the bounty system is doing anyway) why not maybe make the player doing well take extra damage or deal less damage? Maybe give a teamwide damage buff of x amount based on bounty towards whomever is doing well. That way if they manage to kill whomever is doing well, they aren't immediately rewarded and able to just catch up while punishing the person doing well. Champs like
are champs that thrive on early game leads. Why punish them for doing well on champs that are supposed to do well early? Why punish the one person that may be giving their team a chance to win with a 1k bounty that ultimately decides the game? Just thoughts.
