Just like you have titles for people being good players/ helpful, create titles for toxic players/feeders. it would be a dishonorable title. When a champ with that ques, it immediately cast a vote system on the team to remove the player or allow the player. The player gets 1 pass/freeride a day to restore their honor, and if the player gets a dishonor crest 3 times in a season, it sticks with them throughout the season until the next when it resets itself. They also cannot duo que to prevent bias voting. I say 7/10 games is where the crest starts to come up (If they are feeding/ afking 70% of the time). Maybe give the champ a warning that their honor is slipping because of feeding or AFKing or whatever it may be. Just tired of losing LP because people afk, or are so toxic it distracts the entire team from the purpose of the game.

Side note, I lost promos due to a person who AFK right after they had just picked, and never even joined. Why should there not be a system which helps prevent this.
