can caitlynn get a cooldown on headshooted targets?

i think cait has been a very nice pick lately but her headshot is a bit to much.

maybe giving it a small cooldown so she cant headshot people mulirple times ina row ? its pretty weird having all that range and burst right? Lucian

The only way to get multiples is 1 stack up a head shot through AA, 2 Enemy walks on your traps 3) you hit the enemy with an E... two out of the three ways to get a head shot involves the enemy messing up or hitting a skill shot....no need for an extra cooldown when it relies on good game play by cait or bad game play by the enemy! Working as intended.
