I don't understand. I'm frustrated that I face a Lucian every-single-game. I'm frustrated that he's by-far the strongest ADC with an absolutely absurd play-rate. Is there a reason you're so keen on keeping him number one across the board? I'm literally floored he was buffed in 6.11, you took a small snip from his Q but you buffed his ult. Is that a joke? It seems really troll. His play-rate stayed the same, over 50%, and his win-rate went up. This season has been complete garbage for the ADC meta, and it honestly leaves me wondering if you're incompetent.

He's only been nerfed. If that nerf wasn't enough to bring him in line he will be nerfed again.

Oh, and he has no buffs on the PBE.

Well it didn't work. He has massive buffs on the PBE to his ultimate. His win-rate literally went up in all elos this patch. His play rate is unscathed. That's awful design.

His ult buffs were reverted before live, meaning they only nerfed him, you don't know much about this topic.

It is also that that "Buff" wouldn't have worked on his current meta build of Ghostblade + Blackcleaver because that buff was specifically crit favoring which is a currently under favored build for him.

Read the OP, claim to been buffed.

All changes that were made to Lucian on 6.11 were nerfed.

The ult buff was on PBE which was later reverted. He was nerfed in 6.11.

he's a healthy ADC that's fun and is a high risk high reward champion. the issue came when his risk started going down. Riot does not want to olaf another champion

I understand people like him, but it's ridiculous that a jack of all trades dominates the game like he does with such popularity and ease
