Fiddlesticks Rework Concept

I wanted to try my hand at modernizing Fiddlesticks while still keeping him Fiddle-ish. With his new kit he should be able to fill the roles of a jungler, mid, and support. Maybe even top if you play your cards right. Hopefully he'll be a bit more fun to play and a bit for fun to play against too.

Fiddlesticks FIDDLESTICKS - The harbinger of doom

Passive: Dread A percentage of all magic damage Fiddlesticks deals is converted to true damage on enemies below 30% HP. This includes jungle monsters. 20/25/30/35% (+2% AP)

Q: Doom (12/11.5/11/10.5/10 sec cd) (65 mana) Send a spectral claw in a line that deals magic damage and fears the first enemy it hits, reducing its magic resist and causing it to flee for a brief duration and slowing it by 75% for the duration. Magic Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 (+65% AP) Fear Duration: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 sec Magic Resist Reduction: 22/24/26/28/30%

W: Drain (3 sec dc) (70/80/90/100/110 mana) Root yourself in place and create a tether between yourself and the target, dealing magic damage every second for up to 5 seconds and healing for a percentage of the damage dealt. This healing is reduced for minions. The tether is broken if enemies move too far away or if Fiddlesticks cancels it by moving. Magic Damage Per Second: 80/105/130/155/180 (+45% AP) Heal Percentage: 60/65/70/75/80%

E: Dark Flock (10 sec dc) (50/60/70/80/90 mana) Call down a murder of crows at the target location, initially silencing enemies for 1.5 seconds (disarms non-epic monsters for 1.5 seconds) and dealing magic damage before slowing enemies that remain in the area by 35% and dealing additional magic damage over 3 seconds. Initial Magic Damage: 100/125/150/175/200 (+50% AP) Damage Per Second: 10/15/20/25/30 (+10% AP)

R: Crowstorm (140/110/80 sec cd) (100 mana) Channel 1.5 seconds before blinking to the target location, gaining a decaying burst of movement speed and dealing magic damage to enemies in the area around Fiddlesticks over 5 seconds. Magic Damage Per Second: 125/225/325 (+40% AP) Movement Speed: 35/40/45%

Hope you enjoyed! I'd appreciate any comments or feedback.

I actually really like this, and I'm usually pretty skeptical! The claw is kinda becoming too common Lissandra Swain but glad to see some skillshots on his kit.

Currently all of his non-ultimate abilities are point & click. I like that Q is bringing back magic resist reduction from his old passive. Kinda reminds me of Ahri charm or Evelynn W where it's only that target. In theory, terrified things should have their guard down, hence the MR reduction.

I feel the slow on top of the silence is extraneous on the E. Silence is an underrated but powerful too (can't use summs!). Overall, I approve of this rework!

Edit: I think it'd be cool if the ult also terrified enemies, if only for like 0.5s, at least when cast in FoW. A scarecrow with a swarm of crows would certainly frighten me if it just blinked to me.

My idea for this was to Make his Q, make Fiddlesticks actually place down a scarecrow. Can be used as a ward for 3 minutes. If an enemy sees it it will fear them and disappear. The fear lasts a shorter amount of time the more enemies it hits.

(So you can place it down during team fights and fear them still but it'll be a shorter amount of time.)

E should kind of be the same, but it should split on the target. The smaller crows will go and find another target that havn't been hit. If it hits an enemy champion the E will hit, Split and all hit that champion should there be nothing the crows can hit other than the champion.

The smaller crows will also do reduced damage (Half split equally. so It'll split into 5 small crows and deal 20% of the original abilities damage. Should it hit the one target it will still split but do 50% reduced damage on return to the enemy.
