After getting I just feel starting to get and are so damn effective because of how cheap they are and how much resistance they provide.

Actually, the locket is a better rush for utility tanks due to the Aegis aura and the shield; sure, the stats aren't as high as the Visage, but increasing every's MR is killer against AP assassins and mages.
