Swain's W shouldn't be quickcast only.

Hello,

some (invisible) recent change made it so that Swain's W is only allowed to be quickcasted. Even if you have the spell on normal cast, it is automatically quickcasted.

This really decreases Swain's capabilities. This spell ought to be able to be casted with the range indicator. Most of the skill involved with Swain is landing a good W.

And you took that away (by making it instant cast )

Please fix this horrible flaw with your game. It is glaring and makes Swain completely unreliable at higher ELOs. Thank you.
