Realistic Yasuo Changes
I have never thought of Yasuo to be OP to any stretch of the imagination and still do not. However there are some serious issues that defy how his class is set up, namely being the advantages he recieves for doing almost no work.

There is for the most part no disadvantage to using your E or just basic moving, and neither of them take an even remotely adept skill level to do. Therefore, shouldn't one or the other generate substantially less flow than the other?

I have no problem with Yasuo having armor pen. After all, assassins do tend to attack high damage targets first, and they do not usually build armor. But honestly, is there any technical skill that I am missing for pressing R when one of your teammates lands a knock-up? Your teammates have already done the work for you and you get to turn that into a very dominant advantage. I think it would be reasonable to give Yasuo a higher Ult cooldown and lower armor penetration if he ults a target that he did not knock-up.
Although there are only 2 changes here, I think they would turn Yasuo into a more healthy champion by better fitting him into the " high risk high reward " or just reducing advantages created by basic knowledge and absolutely no mechanical feat. After all, there is nothing more frustrating than losing to someone you know without a shadow of a doubt is a much worse player than you, but it is hard to win simply because that person knows how to click a mouse and press E or R without actually having to think, and with certainly no drawback.
Good luck out there summoners!
