I have been playing Quinn a bunch this past week. I would say pick a champ that is fairly tanky and has a bunch of damage if you are against her top. Somebody like gnar. And stay grouped with your team and try to focus the Quinn. She is very squishy in all stages of the game so it is very easy to burst her down. Either that or go somebody like fizz to counter her q or e with your e.

EDIT: Panth also works pretty good into this matchup cause he can block quinn’s Harrier proc with his passive. And wukong is super good mainly because of how much damn burst he has. If you are laning against her, try and stay behind minions so she can’t get the nearsight part of her q on you, she would most likely start her combo with e then, if she starts combo with e and misses nearsight on q then go in. Her e won’t be available for at least 8 more seconds, which is enough to get a bunch of damage in or kill her.
