Sightstone costs too much

Maybe it's just me but I don't enjoy spending 800g for . As or I'd rather spend 800g for or start building the items needed for . As , , , , etc I look forward to have but first I need to have . It's REALLY annoying that I start building my items after like 10 minutes. I don't know what other support mains think about that but I would love it if for S7 you would lower the cost of .

Im a support main and i know how you feel cuz it feels like your forced to build sightstone before you can build an item that really helps you. But at the same time i think its good that sightstone cost what it does because its also giving health but more importantly its cost keeps supports from getting to much damage too soon because supps arent suppose to carry. Still, i definitly wouldnt complain if it was lower XD

Lowering the cost of item 2049 would cause an inflation of vision (as with a lower price, everyone would buy it), which I believe Riot has stated that they don't want multiple times. Tbh sightstone is at just the right price to prevent it from being too overbearing on supports due to their low income, while still preventing it from becoming a universal item.

I can see that you enjoy to play offensive supports, and you want to build offensive items as opposed to wasting gold on item 2049 . There's an item for that: item 2301 . It gives AP, mana regen and CDR while also having item 2045 's passive. Being a low-income champion has its tradeoffs from being a bot lane champion, so you just have to role with it.
