If you really want to buff Kindred. Start by making the first 4 marks appear on scuttle OR in their jungle. It perfectly makes sense since they are hunters. Real life hunters start hunting in areas they are familiar with, then they explore unknown terrain. This will allow them get the first 4 stacks and get the bonus range which, let's be honest, is nowhere as strong as 4 stacks of the former passive.
The first step to buffing Kindred is reverting her passive changes.
I agree I use to love kindred and I really want to still like her but I found that any player who is worth anything can bully her right off the get go. She seems to move slower then a lot of other champs, low damage and attack speed and can't fight anyone 1v1. You are forced to go into enemy jungle to get stacks on your passive and can easily be jumped as they know exactly what you need to targ to get your stack. And let's be honest early game you are going to get destroyed. Not like you have the movement speed to escape either.
If your solution is to make the first 4 marks easier and more reliable to get why not just give her baseline stat, growth, and/or ability buffs instead?
