everyone's going about how non marksmen are dominating bot lane but today even meddler confirmed that across all mmr and regions marksmen are still the highest pick rate bot lane

Well nerfing all ADCs significantly and making their early game shit if they are heavy crit based, while also making assassins and fighters have a lot more power because of the very same item changes would do that
