Anybody else think that Rengars Enpowered W Benefit should of been put onto Garen's W/Q?

For those aren't up to date on the Assassin rework when Rengar uses his empowered W he now breaks all CC on himself and is immune to CC for a few seconds.

Meanwhile Garen can only get away with a 1 time slow cleanse on his Q and a bit of damage reduction on his W

Frankly I think Garens W should have the same "Break all CC on them immune to CC for the duration" because at this point with all the kiting, mobility creep and the fact every champion in the game that's been released since Season 3 has at least a slow they can use when he Qs (No really, the last champion to be released with absolutely zero CC was Lucian back in 2013)

I mean the ability is called Courage and if you look at Urgot's League judgement (Yes I know it's not relevant anymore since they retconned it) It mentions how Garen basically charged through a crowd of Noxians to save Jarvan, having is W break CC and make him immune to it for a few seconds would fit in perfectly with that.
