There really is no rune that annie can wield or abuse to tell you the truth. The only rune that annie can actually use well is hextech flash. Other than that its either A) any other champion can use it. or B)what is she supposed to do with it. I do have 1 idea.

Inspiration Keystone - Call of a Friend

Casting an ultimate that summons any unit will grant it a permanent shield that blocks up to 200-500 + (25% ap or 40%ad). Any enemy champion that your unit summoned by your ultimate within 5 seconds will increase its lifespan by 60 seconds.

This will be super viable for champions like who struggled after electrocute got nerfed Be more viable than Aery for and . And would benifit champions like and

You ever had an 8 year old girl run up at you at 100mph to drop a giant flaming bear on you before? Annie's fine.

Annie has several she can use, though.

Aery, Comet, and Electrocute all work fine on her. Predator also is good on her. Aftershock is a situationally good rune for her, too.

Also Teemo's ult would create a shroom with a 500 point shield then. o.o

I said Unit, not trap. None of these runes is something Annie can actually wield effectively.
