She would have killed you with or without devourer/rageblade if she's able to attack you more than that.

A champion being able to utilize his ult isn't that broken before team-fights, and its definitely not worse than eve, rengar, xin, etc. when they're strong.

Buying a singular item is not meaningful, and you can't finish the item before he gets his ult now. That's my problem, the one thing that you were potentially able to do to prevent his ult, now isn't possible. Also warwick is consistently strong with a low pickrate, he rarely drops below 52% winrate
