What is the point of ranked restrictions?

Can anyone tell me the point of ranked restrictions, if you are not toxic in ranked? I'll admit that sometimes I can be a little toxic in normal games, because I get stuck with casual players who don't try to win, troll, afk, or just don't know how to play the game well. I choose not to be toxic in ranked games, but still somehow end up with a ranked restriction for the one normal game I played in the week, where I told some troll that he was a bad person for being a troll. Was I right for stooping to his level in that normal game? No, but should I get banned from ranked for something I said in a normal game? I don't really think so, but what are your guy's opinions? Personally I think they shouldn't ban ranked games for something said in a normal game. Just my opinion, they are two different atmospheres.

In general ranked restriction sentences are carried out by playing normal games. Where would you play if not in normal games? Also if you are toxic in normals, I have no idea why you are playing them. If you dislike being w/ "casual" players in NORMAL then go play ranked or get to a level where you can play with people on your "level". I say just learn to not be toxic and just not say anything that isn't important to the game.
