I don't care what it's called tbh. I just think we could use a new one. How bout one that can reduce the cd of all abilities? So basically it's like zilieans W. It would scale slightly into late game like heal other summoners. I just think if you could get a cd on all abilities at right time for the cost of not having ignite heal teleport to make clutch fights would be fun and a new game changer.

KłedGod1 votesIt's not that hard to get a reset on Lucian anyway so I see that summoner being useless on him. Ezreal I don't think would make a huge impact on him based of how he has the blue build spam. I do think Lux could use it well. I don't intend for it to be a ok reset all ability cd when you use the summoner but maybe take 15 seconds off give or take. Or even say it's just a cd percentage reset. I also like @vSYYNTHESIZE idea.
