Gotta love the quadra que'd summertime kids who run their mouth for 20 straight minutes and then when you give it back to them because you are sick of being abused you get 4 reports and banned from ranked when I WASN'T EVEN PLAYING RANKED. LOL.

- You've stated no reasons why the automated system is broken.
- Your poll is bad, and you should feel bad.
1.) It is clearly abusable by a "majority rules" system where if people que together, they have more reports than you and you get chat banned or ranked restrictions.
2.) This is the only online game where any game changing punishment is doled out automatically especially when it comes to perma-bans.
3.) The chat restriction system is not only childish but really makes people more toxic. When you are trying to tell someone to wait for your flash tibbers to be up in 30 seconds, but you can't because you don't have another message it REALLY pisses people off. Then your team goes even though you yellow ping the maximum amount of times and you lose the fight and the game. There is literally no other gaming community in the world that uses a ridiculously long period of chat bans. Not one.
4.) We clearly see that you are a sidewinding, bandwagon-jumping fanboy of Riot who would never speak against the injustice that is happening here to customers who have invested a lot of their hard earned money (or for most of you hard parent-earned money that they give you to keep you from whining) into their account. If anyone is having their experience ruined, they have the right to mute people. If Riot ruins anyone's experience, which is happening A LOT LATELY, they are not held accountable at all.
