Kuroi862 votesPretty sure you'd see her base AD take a noticeable hit if she got that kind of passive. On the plus side her late game would be so strong even Draven would have to admire it.

you do know if she had 400 AD, her auto attacks would only deal 440 Physical Damage.
If she critted you with an Infinity Edge, she would deal 1100 Physical damage as opposed to your regular carry that would only deal 1000 Physical Damage.
