Riot, Minions are not getting aggro when enemy champs are attacking for more than 5 seconds

ive been in countless games thus far when I lost bc minions are ignoring enemy champs to focus tower, or focus enemy minions, is this a bug that is going to be addressed soon

also another potential bug is when Syndra does her E or any champion does a knock up or knock back it puts his E on auto-cool down

I think whats causing the minions not helping is that theyre constantly checking for target and if you attack them in the middle of checking for target they simply dont target you and instead target the nearest enemy.

ive noticed challenger players will often harass when the turret is changing targets, and they can actually get out before the tower shot happens because of it.
