Will we ever get a tank item that builds off tear?

Maybe something along the lines of : + gold -----------> mana chain vest: base stats: 250 mana + 40 armour Unique passive- mana armour: gains armour equal to 2% of your maximum mana unique passive- mana charge: upon casting a spell gain 4 maximum mana. Also for every 200 points of damage you receive (including mitigated damage), gain 1 maximum mana. Maximum bonus mana: 750

Evolves to armanar Base stats: 1000mana +40 armour Keeps mana armour, loses mana charge. Unique active- mana burst: use up 20% of your current mana to slow a target by 1-70%, scaling with how much mana was used. (numbers can vary)
